Fellowship Issue Discussion Topic – Dealing with Disruptive and Predatory Behavior

The New Dominion Area Outreach and Literature Sub-committee will be hosting  fellowship wide issue discussion topic (IDT) on the topic of dealing with disruptive and predatory behavior.   We hope members of New Dominion, Richmond, and Tri-Cities are able to participate.
Background
Disruptive and predatory behavior is not a new topic in N.A.  A 2007 service pamphlet addresses “Disruptive & Violent Behavior” (www.na.org/sps), and World Services has been collecting and posting resources sent in from service bodies for a few years (www.na.org/localresources).
The 2023 World Service Conference (WSC) had consensus to select Dealing with Disruptive and Predatory Behavior as one of four Issue Discussion Topics (IDTs) for this cycle.
NOTE:  In response to multiple requests from home groups, this topic has been prioritized for July.  The issue discussion topic on Gender-Neutral and Inclusive Language in NA Literature is being rescheduled for September.
